1. 90 Day Warranty
For 90 days following your Full Home Inspection
your home’s structure, composition roof, systems
and major appliances are covered*. After your inspection you must validate your warranty.
*Warranty covers: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water heater, dishwasher, garbage disposal, built-in microwave, range/oven, trash compactor, refrigerator and more.
2. Appliance Recall Notification
Included in the Full Home Inspection or as a online do-it-yourself service. A check is run on major appliances to ensure that no recall has been issued, or provide you the recall information from the manufacturer.
